Exchange Reimbursement Policy

This exchange policy is valid from January/2025
If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address in accordance with The Consumer Defense Code (CDC), Law 8.078.

Art.49 The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 07 (seven) days of receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting or supply of products and services takes place outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal provided for in this article, any amounts paid, for whatever reason, during the cooling-off period, will be returned immediately, monetarily adjusted.
How to request an exchange:
Send an e-mail to contato.sitiodobello@gmail.com , stating your full name, order number and reason for the exchange. We will contact you with the information you need to make the exchange.

Conditions for returns due to regret:
If you regret your purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days of receiving it at your address.

How to request a refund for regret:
Send an e-mail to contato.sitiodobello@gmail.com, stating your full name and order number. We will contact you so that the refund can be made using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

Products with manufacturing defects:
According to Brazilian law, in the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

How to request a return of defective products:
Send an e-mail to contato.sitiodobello@gmail.com, stating your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

How to return the products:
Following what is established by Consumer Law, the shipping costs of returning products due to the right of repentance or items with a manufacturing defect will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
