Shipping and delivery
Sítio do Bello uses third-party carriers for all orders placed through our website. It is therefore important that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete. Sítio do Bello disclaims any liability in the event of a registration error made by the CUSTOMER.
It is also essential that at the address provided for delivery there is a person, authorized by the CUSTOMER, to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol.
If the customer lives in an apartment building or the delivery address is a commercial building, it is recommended that, in the absence of the recipient, the latter informs the concierge that the products have been accepted and recommends that they be packed at sub-zero temperatures.
As these are perishable products packed in thermal boxes with enough dry ice to guarantee their quality during transportation, if there is no one at the delivery point, or if the doorbell, intercom or similar is not answered, Sítio do Bello will try to contact you by telephone. If this is unsuccessful and/or no one shows up at the delivery point to receive the products, the products will be discarded and the amount paid will not be refunded.
It is recommended that the CUSTOMER refuses to take delivery of the products if the packaging is broken or damaged and takes photographs of the items in disagreement. Then contact Sítio do Bello immediately.
Sítio do Bello will not be held responsible for the integrity of the products after acceptance of delivery. In the event of loss of product integrity after delivery, i.e. problems arising from incorrect handling, packaging or storage after the products have been accepted, Sítio do Bello will not be held responsible and there will be no exchange or refund of products or amounts paid.
In the absence of the recipient, it is recommended that they notify the concierge (if they live in a building or commercial premises) that the products have been accepted and recommend that they be stored at sub-zero temperatures.
- Any delivery of products is conditional on successful payment of the corresponding amount.
