VISITATION

Tours can be individual, in small groups of up to 4 people and in groups of up to 45 people.

The Fauser Institute is responsible for organizing the visits. Simply contact the IHHF and schedule a time for you or your group.

STORAGE

The fruit cold storage chambers have effective thermal insulation, which regulates the temperature of the fruit quickly, maintaining the ideal temperature and increasing the shelf life of the products.

It is different from the conventional controlled atmosphere, which does not take into account the balance between oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide release.
